目前,Qualcomm已签约成为梅赛德斯AMG马石油一级方程式车队的赞助商,双方合作的第一阶段集中利用3G/4G连接、车载无线充电和Qualcomm Halo电动汽车无线充电等移动技术,以提高车内体验和车辆性能,变革未来汽车。

经改装的宝马i8搭载了Qualcomm Halo 7.4kW无线充电系统,每小时向宝马i8所配电池充入的电量可达到此前3. 6kW系统的两倍多。也就是说,相比于前代大约可以节省一半的充电时间。系统采用Qualcomm Halo DD技术并结合磁结构优化,可确保更高的耦合系数,降低系统电流,实现更高效率、并拥有支持更高功率水平的能力。

Qualcomm Halo充电技术可支持电动车配备较大容量电池,且实现“停车即充电”。该技术的部署,也可以在一定程度上减少单个充电站的资金、场地投入,这将使得充电站建设的更加密集。未来Halo技术将“嵌入”道路当中,实现“行驶即充电”。

最近,我们与全球领先的电气电子系统供应商兼集成商Lumen、电动交通的开拓者普瑞公司以及全球领先的汽车座椅与电气系统供应商Lear Corporation签订了许可协议,协议支持他们开发、制造并提供基于Qualcomm Halo技术的无线充电系统。
