射频(RF)滤波器将手机发射和接收的无线电信号从不同频段中分离出来Qualcomm ultraSAW滤波器能够实现将插入损耗提升整整1分贝(dB),在2.7GHz以下频段范围内可以提供比与之竞争的体声波(BAW)滤波器更高的性能。

Qualcomm ultraSAW技术可实现卓越的滤波器特性,可在600MHz2.7GHz频率范围内提供高性能支持,并带来一系列优势:

Qualcomm ultraSAW对于进一步提升Qualcomm Technologies先进的射频前端(RFFE)产品组合和Qualcomm® 骁龙TM 5G调制解调器及射频系统的性能至关重要。公司正在多条产品线中集成Qualcomm ultraSAW技术,包括功率放大器模组(PAMiD)、前端模组(FEMiD)、分集模组(DRx)、Wi-Fi分离器、GNSS分离器和射频多工器。
